During a support call, you may be asked to send us a screenshot from the malfunctioning device. Here’s how to do that:
- Press and hold the volume down and windows home button at the same time until the screen dims.
- Let go.
- Compose an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Paste the screenshot into the email by pressing and holding in the email body and then choosing the paste shortcut.
- Send the email!
